Jennifer Thomas, APR • Founder & CEO
Jennifer Thomas, a U.S. Air Force Veteran and CEO of FSR Ventures and its division Beauty Results PR, connects media and clients with 30 years of passion, process, and purpose. She brings proven media strategies and results coupled with innovative and leading beauty brand experience to our clients. Jennifer’s established relationships together with media relations success and marketing savvy approach gets beauty brands noticed. From established beauty products to new beauty concepts, Jennifer knows how to make messages resonate within beauty channels.




As Founder and CEO of Beauty Results PR, a division of FSR Ventures, a former SVP with Hill & Knowlton and a former sales director for a top wellness brand, Jennifer has established relationships with beauty and consumer media from consumer and industry magazines to online beauty editors, key beauty and consumer bloggers, top broadcast producers, radio hosts and producers, podcasts, and beauty social influencers.
Jennifer’s beauty experience includes media relations, brand marketing, product development, market research, product distribution, sales, makeup artists, product awards, celebrity spokespeople, and consumer trial groups. She identifies and manages top celebrity endorsements and beauty authorities as part of overall brand marketing platforms for media outreach and vets out and coordinates event sponsorships for additional media exposure with top award shows and celebrity events including the Academy Awards, Golden Globes, Country Music Awards, Screen Actors Guild Awards, Grammy Awards, MTV Movie Awards, Sundance Film Festival, New York Fashion Week, Paris Fashion Week, French Riviera Film Festival and more.

Beyond media relationships, Jennifer has deep connections with beauty buyers and sales professionals and excels at building strong industry partnerships. As a former sales director at a leading beauty company, she understands the power of retail partnerships and consumer sales. Her expertise spans understanding the beauty customer, positioning product brands, and managing media needs. Jennifer’s industry knowledge and network allow her to create meaningful opportunities that drive success for our clients.




She has propelled indie beauty, wellness, and consumer brands into the media marketplace. She cultivates joint brand marketing opportunities with key partners including CBS, Sony, HSN and retail outlets to maximize PR exposure.
Sorting through the beauty drawer clutter, she identifies a product’s or company’s selling points generating interest among media influencers. She has trained hundreds of company executives in preparing for media interviews opportunities and industry and sales presentations.



A PR and beauty expert, Jennifer also has presented for the Clean Beauty Con Virtual Summit, HBA Global, American Society of Travel Agents (ASTA), Public Relations Society of America (PRSA), PRSA’s Counselors Academy, Florida Public Relations Association SWFL Chapter, National Association of Convenience Stores, and more. She has also been a speaker for Bowling Green State University and the PRSA student chapter for Ashland University. Jennifer is currently an adjunct instructor with Virginia Commonwealth University. Jennifer graduated with a B.S. in Journalism from Bowling Green State University.

Jennifer personally manages each of our clients’ campaigns, including creating PR strategy, research, media pitching, booking interviews, ghost writing, and managing product placements. Not only is Jennifer a freelance writer for outlets including Dermascope Magazine, Grandeur Magazine, Parent & Child Magazine but she is also quoted as a PR expert in various media stories.
